Located in Charlotte’s Cotswold neighborhood, this extensive whole home renovation reimagines nearly every major living space while preserving the home’s established character. Spanning approximately 3,600 to 3,800 square feet, the project included a complete transformation of the first floor, along with a thoughtfully expanded and rebuilt primary suite.

The primary bedroom was fully demolished and reconstructed with an added bump-out and a new vaulted ceiling, creating a more spacious and elevated retreat. Throughout the home, custom cabinetry and detailed ceiling millwork add warmth, texture, and craftsmanship to nearly every room. A hidden office door introduces a unique custom feature that reflects the personality and creativity behind the design.

Beyond the interior renovation, the project also included leveling the subfloor, updating the exterior siding and paint, renovating the existing shed, and reconstructing the carport with a new retaining wall.
